The Bob Rohrman dealership is where I take my Honda-Accord for service. My service advisor is Vito Pannarale. He is the best. Honest and straightforward. Everyone was super professional. They were prompt with the appointment time, conducted the test drive, explained everything clearly and I was out with a new car in under 4 hours. They have a clear sales step system in place which proves to be efficient and effective. I will definitely return there again for my 3rd purchase when necessary. My service adviser, Vito Pannarale, was very patient in answering all my questions and was pleasant to speak with. He volunteered without my asking him, that the AC compressor that needed to be replaced answering all my questions and was pleasant to speak with. He volunteered without my asking him, that the AC compressor that needed to be replaced (my air conditioner stopped working about 1 year after I bought the car, but I just did not have time to bring it in earlier because of Covid pandemic), was covered by the extended warranty I purchased when I bought the car. The loaner was convenient and enabled me to get home and back the next day to pick up my car. He also had my spare tire pressure checked and adjusted even though I brought it up at the time when I ws just about to take my car back. All other personnel I interacted with were nice and willing to help. I have not driven the car much since I brought it back home,but iso far, everything seems to be working well. More
