I appreciate the fact that they do their paperwork and processing openly. e.g. they don't type behind a computer so you don't feel weird that they are writing something about you. You see everything they are typing. Friendly location, military friendly. Manager and I even had a small convo about our military experience, which was good cuz' i needed a break from all the car talk. Overall--- good experience. I feel that even if i didn't purchase a vehicle from them, these guys would have still given me all their attention. didn't push for the sale, actually showed me cars around the area with similar price and mileage, showed me all the reviews and history of each car. Also, got there at 7 (super late for my appointment). However, they stayed professional until when i eventually left at like 10. That's great customer service. More
