I was there picking up our A3 from Service so I did not have the Q3 with me. Vito did all the paperwork he could with me and then he drove one of the vehicles and followed me home so my husband could sign the rest of the paperwork. Then Vito took the Q3 we traded back with him. Terrific customer service! Thank you! More

From the beginning steps of finding the right optioned/color car to the purchase process, it was smooth with no pressure whatsoever. On this visit I dealt with Vito Susca, he is a very knowledgeable and friendly salesman. He worked with me to ensure I got the right vehicle for me and along with Paul Gomez's help, made the financial steps extremely easy, especially with the iPad based process. I recommend them for Audi purchases as well as any of the high quality pre-owned vehicles. Their selection and quality is second to none. I would recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to give Audi Lakeland a chance, you will not be disappointed. Also, their service department is top notch, with my Audi I purchased previously from them they treated me professionally and were very pleasant. This dealership I feel really cares about you as a person instead of a number. More
