I was determined make this sale tomorrow, when Vito S. suggested we could close on it tonight! Preston in finance dept made it easy to trade in my car and buy this one. Vito drove it down to Sarasota. We signed papers in my home and he drove my trade back to lakeland! I was so relieved to not give up a day off! Customer service is the best and Vito is calm with a no-nonsense demeanor. Thank you Audi of Lakeland! More
