Great buying experience with Vito and general sales manager Vito and Paul (sales manager) took the stress out of the car buying experience. My husband and I have always dreaded going into car dealerships but Vi Vito and Paul (sales manager) took the stress out of the car buying experience. Wonderful car buying experience! This is a new Audi dealership with professional and nice folks. Ask for Vito, he was great - very knowledgeable. Wound up buying a more expensive Audi This is a new Audi dealership with professional and nice folks. Ask for Vito, he was great - very knowledgeable. Wound up buying a more expensive Audi (the TT) instead of a A3 Cabriolet but not because of pressure. We asked for and they gave us plenty of time to talk privately before agreeing to the purchase. Preston, the Finance expert, put together my deal and gave me a couple of financing options. We travelled from Tampa- would totally recommend making the trip to the Lakeland dealership. Right off I-4. More

They made us a good deal and brought in our car from another dealership. They all went above and beyond. The finance manager Preston was very good at his job as well. Signing the paperwork was not as tedious as it could have been. We recommend Audi Lakeland and would not hesitate to return. More
