I am always skeptical of car salesman and dealerships, but Mark was absolutely not pushy or weird like a lot of car salesman are. No annoying calls after I left when I decided not to buy the car. After we bought the NX, we decided to trade in our second vehicle for a new UX; I had shopped around on-line and certainly had other Lexus dealers wooing us. We wanted to buy the second car from Chris after the very comfortable experience we had earlier in the month with the NX purchase. We wanted the UX in green and there weren't any in stock, so Chris managed to find us one in PA and have it shipped to Hingham--absolutely love the UX in green and so glad Chris went the extra mile to find it for us.
