I left my house keys in the car. When I returned, I connected w Vish from sales who said he would assist me. He left me waiting in the heat for more than 20 mins & NVR returned. My first MB - Massapequa service visit was pretty great. I noticed a pesky brake issue, but the team helped address it quickly and efficiently.
