Competent and Friendly Staff, Good Purchasing Experience I bought a used 2017 GX 460 at Lexus of Milwaukee. I dealt mostly with Sydney St. Peter and Vladimir Babakhanov and was impressed by their professiona I bought a used 2017 GX 460 at Lexus of Milwaukee. I dealt mostly with Sydney St. Peter and Vladimir Babakhanov and was impressed by their professional approach. In short - they work as a team, treat you as a "member of Lexus family", and their procedure is well developed, so the purchasing went smoothly. I'm an out of state buyer, so I first contacted Sydney. She informed me about the SUV and made all necessary arrangements. When I arrived the next day, Vladimir took care of me. He had the car warmed up; the road test included streets and a highway drive. When I decided to buy, he contacted the Iowa DOT and got their approval to transfer license plates from my trade-in car to the new car, so there was no headache with 30-day temporary license plates. Finally, Delivery Specialist Sara Castiglioni explained to me the dashboard controls in detail; she gave me a business card asking to call in case of questions. Finally, Vladimir brought roses as a gift to my wife (I was alone there), which means nothing for us strong men, but my wife was impressed when I brought it home. In a couple of days Vladimir did call me asking how the SUV behaved during my trip home. Again, the team - Sydney St. Peter, Vladimir Babakhanov, and Sara Castiglioni were personable and their approach is very impressive. Michael P More
