Oil change and transmission diagnosis This dealer has made me wait repeatedly. They would not call nor answer my call or text to find out what the status was if my truck. I scheduled a 7 This dealer has made me wait repeatedly. They would not call nor answer my call or text to find out what the status was if my truck. I scheduled a 7am drop off. When I showed up around 4 pm, my service rep asked if I was dropping off. When I get incredulously said no, I’m here about the truck I left with you this morning, he had to go into the shop, only to finally emerge and tell me they had not even started to look at it. This service center is terrible and I will not return, which is awful since it’s the closest to my job. More

Service Not As Expected I was met by a nice greeter as I pulled in for service. I walked into the service advisors’ area, but was not addressed for a while. I was eventually I was met by a nice greeter as I pulled in for service. I walked into the service advisors’ area, but was not addressed for a while. I was eventually noticed by Vladimir. I mentioned two additional concerns about my vehicle once I was helped, but never received confirmation that they were heard. I believe I received an oil change and tire rotation. After waiting 2 1/2 hours without a word from an advisor or a service rep, I went to see if my vehicle was ready. The service advisors that were there never acknowledged me. I decided to be patient and went back into the waiting area for another hour. After 3 1/2 hours of waiting without a word from an adivisor I went back out to see if my car was ready. At this time Vladimir said my car is ready. I have no idea how long my car was ready or if it was ready and I simply wasn’t notified, but 3 1/2 hours is an excessive amount of time to wait for the service I had to my car. I was the only person still waiting after that amount of time. I was very disappointed during this visit. I have had better service in the past. More

Attention to Detail I felt like my needs were being addressed from the time I pulled up until I picked up my car also expectations were set by Vladimir as to what to anti I felt like my needs were being addressed from the time I pulled up until I picked up my car also expectations were set by Vladimir as to what to anticipate in the future from a service standpoint with the vehicle and I appreciated the candor. More
Other Employees Tagged: There was a young lady in parts or checkout who was very helpful and forward thinking and got my paperwork in advance to expedite checkout. Also the Valet was exemplary as well.

20 Minute Tire Change in Only 2.5 hours! Reggie and the sales team are awesome. Vlad is generally very good. But, the service department in whole, is truly lacking. We just spent 2.5 hour Reggie and the sales team are awesome. Vlad is generally very good. But, the service department in whole, is truly lacking. We just spent 2.5 hours there getting a single tire replaced..and I had an appointment. Took way too long to actually (like 20 to 30 minutes) to actually see Vlad and get everything started. They actually didn't have the tire in inventory, despite me calling and checking on it before I set the appointment. Upsold to a more expensive tire. Vlad had to leave and I was handed off to a know nothing advisor. He was practically worthless. Addressed my concerns over the visit to Brandon and he apologized. Gave me a $50 discount on the tire that I was planning on asking for anyway because of their tire price matching. All and all, way too long of a visit for a simple tire replacement. Not happy with the way the situation was handled all around. Something is seriously wrong with this service department and it needs to be fixed. We have 2 Chevy/GMC vehicles and we won't be returning to their service department again. We're let down each time and it's not worth the investment of time, money and energy. More

Top Notch Customer Service From start to finish, the Staff. was Wonderful. To start with Ms. Elises who schedule my appointment and checked on Me threw out my wait. When I pulled in the young Man was very pleasant, opened my door with a smile. And when everything was done he followed threw again with opening my car door. Have a nice Day. Finally Vladimir is always informative and professional. I missed Brandon this time, but I am sure he’s proud of his Staff. More

Terrible communication I purchased a New 2019 Tahoe LT on Memorial Day.We arrived at 10:30am and had agreed on a deal at 1:30pm. The dealership grilled out hamburgers and ho I purchased a New 2019 Tahoe LT on Memorial Day.We arrived at 10:30am and had agreed on a deal at 1:30pm. The dealership grilled out hamburgers and hotdogs for Memorial Day so we were provided lunch. The Tahoe sat at the front door this entire time. We were then taken to finance. After we left the finance office with all the paperwork signed, our salesman states that when he drove the car he noticed the AC was not cooling so it was taken to the service department. He assured us it would not be too long then it had to be detailed. He offered to give us a loaner and he would bring the new car to us. We were taken to the service department where we were told that it was not going to be done today as the manufacturer had not put freon in the car. We were annoyed but said fine we will get the car the next day. It was not ready on Tuesday. On Wednesday the salesman calls me and tells me there is now a dent on the front right bumper and did I want it fixed. Of course I want it fixed the car has 18 miles on it! He says it won't be done until Thursday. I ask him to get me more details on what they have to do to fix it. On Thursday morning he calls and says that it still isn't fixed and they will have to repair it and repaint that portion of the bumper. At this point my husband began speaking with the manager of variable operations, John. He asks if we want to keep this car or he can look for another car or we can (obviously) pay more and get a different car. We tell him to look for another car that we do not feel comfortable with the original car since it has now been serviced and repaired. He basically tells us that there are no other similar tahoes he can do a dealer trade on. We tell him we want to cancel the deal and get our original cars back. I went on Friday to exchange vehicles and the only person that spoke to me was the salesman. From Tuesday through Friday it was a huge struggle to get anyone to communicate with us. We left several messages with the general manager and no response. Even when John was looking for a car he had said he would get back with us Thursday evening and he didn't. Friday at 12pm he said he would call back in 20 minutes, 2 hours later we called him. Communication goes a long way in running a business. Even if you do not have a specific update, a simple phone call of "I didn't forget you I am working on things still" would have vastly changed our opinion on Jim Ellis Chevrolet. More

Excellent Service! I am always kept up to speed with the status of my vehicle by phone and new text option. Vladimir is the best service advisor!! Also, the shuttle service is very efficient and the drivers are courteous. More
