Horrible This is my second horrible experience. I scheduled my appointment for 7am for routine maintenance and told the person that i will leave my key in the This is my second horrible experience. I scheduled my appointment for 7am for routine maintenance and told the person that i will leave my key in the lockbox. After many hours have gone by i called to check on my car to see if it was ready, come to find out my key was never taken out the lockbox until i called. No one called to confirm my appointment or call to see if my key was drop. Why should i have to call, its clearly on my schedule. And mind you both times i dropped the key off before 7am. They had my car all day. This time around the advisor didn't even let me know my car was ready i had to call him and when i got he was no wherw to be found another advisor check me out which took well over 30min. By far the worst experiences with the service center. More
