Vladimir K put me in a bad mood. Upon arrival, a gentle came to my car, opened the door, greeted me and pointed me in the direction I needed to go to check in. He parked my car and br Upon arrival, a gentle came to my car, opened the door, greeted me and pointed me in the direction I needed to go to check in. He parked my car and brought me my keys. There was only 1 person at his desk checking in people, so I stood inside the door behind that person. A gentleman came in the side door and was standing at the first desk. When Vladimir came in, he went to his desk and asked the gentleman how he could help him, instead of asking who was next in line. Thank goodness the gentleman told Vladimir that I was next in line. I thanked the gentleman and proceeded to tell Vladimir why I was there. I noticed that Vladimir also had me to sign a sheet that there was no visible damage to my car, which is new. I guess because one of your people damaged my door last time, but there is a not stating otherwise. Also, in the past my car has been washed after being serviced, I guess I don't get that service any longer. More

Completed ahead of schedule Good experience. My car was ready sooner than expected my service person was thorough and noticed I had taken out a protection policy on my car so I Good experience. Vlad 👍👍👍👍 Vlad makes it easy in service! Nick in sales was great to work with. Not happy I was told that the dents in my Yukon would be fixed and then when Vlad makes it easy in service! Nick in sales was great to work with. Not happy I was told that the dents in my Yukon would be fixed and then when i pick up the car I was told by Mark in sales they couldn’t fix them. Otherwise very happy with my experience but would like this resolved if possible. More

A life savers!!!! Between Ms. Lisa and Vladimir , I don’t know who to thank the most. I am not from Atlanta and my car was having problems. I called Jim Ellis and Lis Between Ms. Lisa and Vladimir , I don’t know who to thank the most. I am not from Atlanta and my car was having problems. I called Jim Ellis and Lisa helped me. I did not know that the process of fixing cars is so different from where I live. She guided me through the process very professionally, although I may have plucked her nerves a little lol . When the car was in Vladimir hands , he told me everything that what was going on with the vehicle . He broke it down with great detail which made me feel comfortable. The communication using texting was greatly appreciated. In the end my car was fixed quickly and I am so grateful that I chose this dealership. Thanks Lisa and Vladimir More

Costly, but they do good work. I have had my corvette serviced at Jim Ellis since purchasing it. Their service personnel are great, particularly Vladimir. They are not the fastest I have had my corvette serviced at Jim Ellis since purchasing it. Their service personnel are great, particularly Vladimir. They are not the fastest in terms of repairs, nor the cheapest, but I do get great service. In the end, that seems most important. More

Experience was just ok I gave rating 3 because it was just average. The staff wasn't as friendly as I thought they would be. The other service consultants were not so fri I gave rating 3 because it was just average. The staff wasn't as friendly as I thought they would be. The other service consultants were not so friendly. When I couldn't find my direct service consultant, the other service consultants were not so friendly. There were 2 Service technicians who assisted me that made the experience better. I don't know the 2 service technicians names. My car came in on a flatbed and I couldn't find a spot for my tow truck driver to place the car at. The car wouldn't start and was throwing the anti-theft detterent code. It turned out that my battery was bad. I just bought the car 3 months ago with a CPO warranty and extended warranty. The battery wasn't covered. I would have thought that the dealership would give some sort of discount being that they just sold me car and the battery died 3 months later. They could have atleast waved the labor fee, but they wouldn't. I had to take a day off of work. Maybe the experience could have been different if it wasn't busy. I am not sure. More
