I enjoy my work and everyone I come in contact with seems to notice. I have the honor to be a humble steward and get to assist people in what can be one of the best experiences life has to offer. Whether it's Coming of Age, Necessity, Reward for Success, or just time for something newer. I have found that everyone is only seeking the best fit for their budget and lifestyle. I personally feel a great sense of purpose when I have helped my customer finally find the perfect vehicle that meets their needs and budget. I can see the calming scene of relief that they have made a decision and are comfortable & happy. Now they can get back to the real important things in life. Knowing that my customers have trusted me with such a great responsibility and I have saved them a whole lot of time and money fills me with a purpose filled joy of a job well done. TLX A spec I looked all over north Florida and finally found the car I was hunting for at Duval Acura! Salesman, Will Isom responded to my inquiry immediately (e I looked all over north Florida and finally found the car I was hunting for at Duval Acura! Salesman, Will Isom responded to my inquiry immediately (even though it was as the dealership was closing) and stayed in contact with me to answer questions until I could make the drive to Jacksonville. He took a video of the interior himself and sent it to me, so I could get a better view. Will also gave knowledgeable answers to all of my questions and worked with finance to get me the best interest rate. I would recommend Will and the Duval Acura team for any sales or service needs! Straight forward sales staff with support to boot! Mr. Isom was our salesman, and took great care and time to find us our perfect family vehicle. Purchasing a new vehicle Duval Acura is the only dealership that I’ll use in Jacksonville. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from them. Their no-haggle policy is wha Duval Acura is the only dealership that I’ll use in Jacksonville. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from them. Their no-haggle policy is what I like best. I knew what I was looking for. Will Isom was great. He would update me with emails letting me know about the vehicle I wanted in stock. When I was finally ready to purchase the vehicle, the process was super easy and not stressful at all. Even their service and finance department is great. I would recommend anyone looking for a new or used vehicle to reach out to Duval Acura. Thank you all for a great experience. More

Enjoyable/easy going/no BS/salesmen I came into duval Acura and met Will I. He helped me find a car in my low budget with poor credit and a very nice certified pre owned at that. We looked at a few vehicles and found my 2016 CPO Acura TLX 30k miles. I thought no way I could afford this but there finance team made it happen in my budget WITH the care package and extended warranty. Will is fun relatable no pressure salesman who will get straight to the point with you. No BS I told what I had what I could afford and we found the perfect care for me and my family. I have already recommended Will I. to many friends and coworkers. 10/10 would go back and buy or lease from him. More

Seriously the best car shopping experience I’ve ever had!!! I had to unexpectedly buy a new car. A friend of mine recommended Will Isom. I gave him a call, told him what I was looking for in a vehicle and my bu I had to unexpectedly buy a new car. A friend of mine recommended Will Isom. I gave him a call, told him what I was looking for in a vehicle and my budget. He paired me perfectly with a used vehicle to meet my needs and price point. He talked me through the process, worked his tail off to make it a smooth transaction and all I had to was come in for a test drive and sign the paperwork. I live an hour away from the dealership and he accommodated me and I was able to drive off the lot by the end of the day. Never have I ever had a deal go so easily. Will and Mike are amazing and I won’t go anywhere else from this point on!!! Seriously can’t say enough good things about Will, Mike, and Duval Acura. Thanks guys!!! You rock! More
