I enjoy my work and everyone I come in contact with seems to notice. I have the honor to be a humble steward and get to assist people in what can be one of the best experiences life has to offer. Whether it's Coming of Age, Necessity, Reward for Success, or just time for something newer. I have found that everyone is only seeking the best fit for their budget and lifestyle. I personally feel a great sense of purpose when I have helped my customer finally find the perfect vehicle that meets their needs and budget. I can see the calming scene of relief that they have made a decision and are comfortable & happy. Now they can get back to the real important things in life. Knowing that my customers have trusted me with such a great responsibility and I have saved them a whole lot of time and money fills me with a purpose filled joy of a job well done. My experience at Duval Acura was AMAZING, and unlike and previous car buying experience. I did not feel pressured, and when I had additional questions after leaving Ahmed was more than willing to answer the previous car buying experience. I did not feel pressured, and when I had additional questions after leaving Ahmed was more than willing to answer them to make sure I was comfortable with the decision I was making. Ahmed knew I really wanted the vehicle I was looking at on the showroom floor, and went above and beyond to make sure it was secured for me as I needed to come back the next day. By time I came back everything was already done, and it was the smoothest transaction I’ve ever made. Will in finance was also great. Did not feel pushed into anything additional, and felt that he was being straight forward and honest. Nothing but good things to say, great experience, and I will likely purchase more from this dealership in the future, as well as refer friends and family. More

I contacted Ahmed about a car while on my way down to Florida from Virginia. I set an appointment and by the time I got to the dealership the car was pulled up front and all my paperwork was already done Florida from Virginia. I set an appointment and by the time I got to the dealership the car was pulled up front and all my paperwork was already done. As soon as I got to the dealership I was able to test drive the car, sign all paperwork and I was on my way with my new car in less then 3 hours. I have brought many cars and never experienced service to this level!! Ahmed and Duvall Acura provide excellent service and I would recommend anyone in the market for a new am at to stop by and check them out. More

Tim was just a joy to work with. We had just lost our much loved 2006 Lucerne, and he made us feel as though he really cared while showing us the 2013 Buick Lacrosse that was in like new condition. He a much loved 2006 Lucerne, and he made us feel as though he really cared while showing us the 2013 Buick Lacrosse that was in like new condition. He answered all of our questions, allowed us ample time to test drive the Lacrosse, and patiently guided us through the paperwork process when we bought the car. He had everything ready for us when we returned to pick up the car, and was genuinely happy for us when he saw us on our way. We really enjoyed working with him. He is a great asset for Duval Acura. Everyone that we dealt with at Duval Acura treated us as though we mattered. We love this car. More

I just purchased a used 2014 Chevy Corvette from Duval Acura. The entire process was done completely online and was seemless. They even delivered the car to South Carolina and picked up my trade in! Roger Acura. The entire process was done completely online and was seemless. They even delivered the car to South Carolina and picked up my trade in! Roger in sales and Will in finance were excellent. Even the delivery guy Turbo was great. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. More
