Dishonest from the start. Gave false expectations about what was included in the list price for the used vehicle, failed to honor an agreed upon trade in price for a vehicle brought in later, failed to del what was included in the list price for the used vehicle, failed to honor an agreed upon trade in price for a vehicle brought in later, failed to deliver on follow up for add-ons foisted upon me by finance in a rushed process, and even failed to provide the 2nd of 2 complimentary oil changes because I came in 2 days later than my 1 year anniversary of ownership.
