Purchased a CPO vehicle from Wade at Gold Coast Porsche. Wade was quick to communicate, thorough in answering questions, and went the extra mile to make my out of state purchase low stress. Gold Coast had a fair market price for my vehicle and quickly delivered on the deal. I strongly recommend Wade Hui and Gold Coast and will be a repeat customer. More

Title: $174,000 Cayenne GTS - Issues From Day One, Dismissed and Disrespected I purchased TWO Porsches from this dealership (Cayenne GTS and Macan) as a practicing attorney. Instead of professionalis Dismissed and Disrespected I purchased TWO Porsches from this dealership (Cayenne GTS and Macan) as a practicing attorney. Instead of professionalism, I received a defective vehicle and dismissive treatment from Service Manager Chris Alves. THE VEHICLE PROBLEM: My $174,000 2026 Cayenne GTS had safety system failures from delivery (October 18, 2025). Systems permanently deactivated—not temporary warnings. SEVEN WEEKS. 423 MILES. FOUR FAILED REPAIRS. Diagnostic data showed 8.3-8.4 volts (30-40% below normal 12-14V). They saw the data and still claimed "everything is normal." Service Manager Aaron found a "fault" needing more diagnosis, but Chris Alves insisted everything was fine. CHRIS ALVES - DISMISSIVE AND UNPROFESSIONAL: After four failed repairs, I shared diagnostic data to help. Chris's response: Falsely claimed I contacted "every single day" Claimed he went "above and beyond" (four failures?) Dismissed my research ("I don't need ChatGPT or Rennlist opinions") Told me "That's it" and stopped responding Aaron acknowledged a fault and planned extensive testing. Wade worked late troubleshooting. If "normal," why five repair attempts? SALES MANAGER LUIS - GASLIGHTING: Luis claimed the issue was "weather related" (despite nice weather occurrences and Aaron's planned floor track testing), that I texted "at all hours" (false), and I wouldn't bring the car in (I brought it in FOUR times). No apology. OWNER EVAN - COMPLETE SILENCE: TWO detailed emails. ZERO response. OTHER ISSUES: Service tech drove my 98-mile car aggressively, returned it with burning smell, admitted it when questioned. DESPITE THIS, I: Wrote positive reviews initially Remained patient through four failures Recognize good service when I see it THE BOTTOM LINE: Seven weeks, four failed repairs, diagnostic evidence, dismissive treatment, gaslighting, owner silence. Escalated to Porsche Corporate. Chris Alves has a documented history of identical behavior at Porsche South Shore (Freeport, NY): Public reviews/Rennlist posts show: Called "incompetent manager" Allegedly harassed customers at 12:29 AM Allegedly threatened mechanical liens Rennlist thread: "BEWARE OF SOUTH SHORE PORSCHE" Allegedly used multiple Rennlist usernames to attack customers Left "abruptly" with no communication The hypocrisy: Accused ME of texting "all hours" - he allegedly harassed customers at 12:29 AM Dismissed MY Rennlist research - he allegedly used Rennlist to trash customers This is apparently a documented pattern across multiple dealerships. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP. More
