The price of vehicle didn’t include the extra added brake light the dealership added and the safety etched glass. This was included in the extra feed. With doc fees, gov fees, taxes. These two features should have been included in the base price of vehicle quoted to us. It would be like buying a jacket for $10. Upon checking out they state it has pockets that are an extra $5. But we got that easily worked out. Something to consider for future sells. More

Passing through Jacksonville on a roadtrip again this month and stopped in to visit and lunch with them. Needed rear brake job while there, and service writer Michael McLaughlin took great care of us and our vehicle. Work was done expertly and completed well before we returned from lunch. Westown sets a challenging high bar for other dealerships anywhere in the country. Can't say enough good things about them. More
