I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism at Audi of Columbia. My car has been sitting there for 3 weeks, and I still have no update or estimated time on when it will even be professionalism at Audi of Columbia. My car has been sitting there for 3 weeks, and I still have no update or estimated time on when it will even be looked at. No one has reached out with any status update in all this time, which is completely unacceptable for a luxury brand dealership. On top of the inconvenience, I was not offered a loaner vehicle, leaving me without transportation while my car remains untouched. It is clear they do not have the proper staff or trained technicians to service electric vehicles, which raises serious concerns for Audi owners who rely on them for specialized care. Audi of Columbia needs to invest in skilled, properly trained EV technicians, and improve communication with customers. The level of disregard shown throughout this experience is unprofessional, disappointing, and does not reflect the standard expected from an Audi dealership. More

My experience at this dealership was amazing. The first experience was over the phone and I think it was Wade. I needed to drop my car off earlier than expected and it was no problem at all. Once I arrived at the dealership k met with Chris and he was a pleasure and so very helpful. I had previously used another dealership but Audi Columbia is who I will be dealing with in the future. Service intake process is efficient, however some repairs could use more quality oversight. I have had two water pump replacements where panel fasteners were missing. I bring my 2012 A6 in for regular servic could use more quality oversight. I have had two water pump replacements where panel fasteners were missing. I bring my 2012 A6 in for regular services and two major oil leaks were not detected. I was told Audis oil consumption rate increase with age whenever I complained about the low oil light coming on with less than a 1000 miles between refills. Now, I am spending over 7k for repairs that if they were caught during previous services they would be less costly because I wouldn't need to replace the underbody panels. I feel that Jim Hudson,s military discount upto 100.00 max is a slap in the face to Veteran and active duty service members. More
