We have had at least a 13-year relationship with Audi Cary and have nothing but good things to say about them, both sales and service (most especially Wayne Fields in the latter!) I have to single out Wa Cary and have nothing but good things to say about them, both sales and service (most especially Wayne Fields in the latter!) I have to single out Wael Elshamy for more-than-superior service in the sales department, too. My 13 year-old A4 station wagon was clearly and very suddenly on its last legs last Friday and my husband and I had to make a quick decision about what and where to buy. I hadn't been sure we'd buy Audi again because our location and needs have changed since our old A4 wagon, but talking with Wayne in service reminded me of how I had really enjoyed working with him and with Leith Audi in general over the years. With Wayne's advice, we were paired with Wael in sales. Wael is a true gentleman, honest, sincere, and dedicated to helping customers find just the right car at the right price. With his help, we are now owners of an A4 sedan that had been one of their loaner cars and is in pristine condition and was affordable. I look forward to many more years of our relationship with Audi Cary and I thank both Wael and Wayne from the bottom of my heart for helping us when we unexpectedly needed a new car. More

Wael is so patient with all my questions. He is so nice and approachable. I wish that all sales agent will be like him. Everyone there is nice and asks what we need.
