I don't remember meeting Luis. I was more informed after meeting with Wahab a second time and actually given paperwork to review. I am a visual person and it was hard to decipher w I was more informed after meeting with Wahab a second time and actually given paperwork to review. I am a visual person and it was hard to decipher what was being said about each item without something right in front of me. It was even harder with the financial part without actual paperwork and break downs on all the additional warranty items, which I was given at the second meeting with Wahab. Roy is a great patient guy and wants to make sure that I understand everything. I told him I would eventually have sometime to see what my Tucson can do and all the gadgets once I have my surgery and have time to read up on every thing. He has invited me to stop by anytime and he is willing to go over everything with me. I told him once I get to read the owners manual and I have questions I would take him up on that. More
