Jadon was extremely helpful and respectful, and we really liked that he was very professional and was not a high-pressure salesman. Once we decided to buy, Jadon helped set up the bluetooth connection and Bluelink, and showed us some more features available in the car. Mr. Lodin was very professional (and, like Jadon, very likable) and answered all of the questions that I had about the sale, the warranty, etc. I don't recall speaking with Mr. Salcedo. All in all, I will recommend Ideal over the the other dealerships that I had engaged with, as the atmosphere at Ideal was much more relaxed than at the Baltimore/Washington DC area dealerships. More
