This was the worst customer service I’ve ever had in my entire life. I bought a new car from the Toyota and Raynham on 14 January when purchasing my car I had given them my license so they knew that I had entire life. I bought a new car from the Toyota and Raynham on 14 January when purchasing my car I had given them my license so they knew that I had an out-of-state license. They told me when I left that day that they would have the registration next week for me and they would call me when it was in and I can get my car inspected. After more than a week went by I still hadn’t had my registration and I had contacted Toyota multiple times and nobody knew what was going on. They said that they would try to figure it out and call me back. I never received any phone call back so I had kept calling at one point I had talked to the general manager almost 2 1/2 weeks after I bought my car and he said he would look into it and never called me back. I then finally called after three weeks and my registration was ready, but nobody had the courtesy to call me to tell me my registration was ready. I had to continuously call with no calls back responding to any of my questions. I had told the dealership that I drive out of state all the time and my car was only legal for seven days after the bill of sale to drive it, which was a huge inconvenience to me and my family. After finally getting my registration, I had asked if there was anyway I can get the remote start on my car that I originally wanted in the beginning, but they said they couldn’t add to the loan when asking if they can give me any compensation for all the trouble that I had been through, they said no, and that it was my own fault because I had an out-of-state license. At no point whatsoever in the buying process or thereafter had anybody said that it would take longer than a week to register my car because of an out-of-state license which they knew I had because they took it when I bought the car on 14 January. I explained to them that there was no communication on their side. I was told it would take a week even with them knowing I had an out-of-state license and I had continuously called multiple times with no questions answered and no responses. They proceeded to tell me again that it was my fault because I had an out of state license and that they wouldn’t do anything for me. I am a manager at a retail company, and this is the worst customer service I have dealt with, and for the fact that the general manager had personally told me he would call me back and never did and I had to call almost a week later is absolutely ridiculous. All they wanted to do was take my money from the new car and move on. They didn’t care about any of the processes after. My friend was thinking about buying a car and I have told them not to buy it there because you won’t get any help if there’s any issues this is so sad to stay because Toyota is an amazing company, but I am very disappointed. The only positive experience I had was with Wale my sales rep at the time of purchase, but after that there was no follow-through. More
