We stayed in constant contact, and he provided updates, and important information as we worked out the deals for my purchase of the vehicle. This Dealership was also OUTSTANDING, 10 out of a 10! They took care of everything for me, to include calling my insurance company and providing them with all the information on the vehicle. My time at the dealership was as short as possible because they were so efficient and prepared, 1 hour from start to finish. Without a doubt, the easiest process of buying a vehicle that I have ever been through. Everyone at the Dealership was very friendly and helpful. The Dealership was clean and impressive looking. Evan Ross, Encore Delivery Specialist, was also Outstanding! He made sure that I knew how to operate all of the options and accessories of the vehicle. He took time to ensure that I was comfortable operating the vehicle, also very friendly and professional! Clara Williamson was EXTREMELY helpful and very Professional! She doesn't know it, but SHE is the reason that I first chose this Dealership! Clara and Amanda were my first contact with this Dealership by phone. I have purchased over 15 different vehicles in my lifetime, but never traveled to another state, purchased a vehicle and then drove that vehicle back to my home state.
