45K maintenance Had the 45K maintenance done on my 2014 Ford. Wally was great to work with again. Explained the outcomes of the tests and what needed to be done. Feel good about heading into winter weather after taking Wally's recommendations. Definitely have been treated better at this dealership than any other I have been to. More

And all while being able to relax in a very nice waiting area. Last dealership I purchased from had a small waiting area with uncomfortable seats crowded together so you sat staring at each other with a coffee pot that usually had old coffee .The carwash and replacement of the missing tire valve cap was a nice added touch. More

Right on time and got me right in on short notice Had tires ordered, they came in 3 days early and they got me in within 30 mins of telling me they were in. They said 1.5 hours to complete. Best Service Ever! I brought my 1995 Hyundai Sonata to Paul Miller to get it ready for winter Saturday. Absolutely the best service! Professional, pleasant and with such an eye to detail. Everyone was a pro & so lovely. My car is running better than ever & I cannot say enough great things about the Paul Miller Service Team. They ROCK! Thank you, Wally & all the great people! Plus, lunch was available at the awesome Eco Cafe & the barbecue wagon (for dinner - so great!). Central KY is lucky to have such a talented team of service techs for every make & model. Six stars! More

I was going to give an excellent review! Now, I have to say my experience was even better than excellent! Several.tire, engine, steering repair (multiple veh) I have several cars and trucks. Wally Branson at Paul Miller is a great guy to work with. The whole crew is very nice. They always wash the car and I have several cars and trucks. Wally Branson at Paul Miller is a great guy to work with. The whole crew is very nice. They always wash the car and vacuum it out. The dealership has a great lounge. They are always good about calling with estimates. They even helped me program my personal cell phone! They helped me repair steering in a 09 Mustang, save me a bunch of money. They got the same Mustang tuned up. The service they did on my 11 Ranger was quick and inexpensive. I am impressed with their pricing, they do dealership work at small shop prices, so I always take my vehicles to them. More
