Quick / Excellent Service!i I drove in on Saturday morning , 9am, for an oil change and found a long line ahead of me. I was informed of the wait time, approximately two hours, s I drove in on Saturday morning , 9am, for an oil change and found a long line ahead of me. I was informed of the wait time, approximately two hours, so I waited in the customer lounge. Free wi-fi, coffee and a couple free hot dogs later and I was on my way as promised. Happy customer! More

Sale to First Service Monica Feigel my sales consultant was great during the buying process and communicating with me after the sale with questions I had about my new 2016 Monica Feigel my sales consultant was great during the buying process and communicating with me after the sale with questions I had about my new 2016 Ford Escape. Pleasant and very professional and very helpful with minor concerns. Wally Branson my contact with the service department was very friendly and had my Escape ready in very short order as I brought it in for it's first oil and filter change. Took the time to introduce himself and explained the service invoice. All in all just a great first visit and I will be using Paul Miller Ford Service department for my 2016 Ford Escape. More
