Exactly what we wanted Wally was pleasant and professional to work with. He helped us with our pre-approval over the phone as we had a three hour drive to the dealership. Rebecca, as well, was personable and attentive, they worked hard for us and didn't waste any time. We had a great experience. After driving a few different cars, I finally decided on an entire different model that they had to jump a few hoops to get ahold of as they did not have the exact model on the lot. I drove home in it the next day. Great experience. More
