Wish they had more cars on the lot because getting a model in a different color was a bigger problem than it should have been. Took over two weeks and they didn't exactly match the offer made on the ini model in a different color was a bigger problem than it should have been. To their credit, they kept me in the loop and Wally, our salesman, was very good. Ultimately, Wally went the distance and made the trip himself to get the Sorento in the color my wife wanted. The ensuing negotiation (with the sales manager) was frustrating (for the above reason) but we still secured a good price. Definitely one I will sleep comfortably with! More
