We were warmly greeted in the parking lot and guided to Ben, with whom we had talked on the phone. He had the car ready for a test drive with Wally, which allowed him to inspect our car for trade in. Ben chatted with us for a while and made us feel very comfortable. It was the same when driving with Wally, who shared some things about himself and the philosophy of the dealership to be respectful and straight forward. He was also excited to teach us about Kia and the improvements that had been made since our Kia 2016. He was happy with the car, the dealership and we knew we’d be comfortable doing business with this company. We were happy with test drive and came in for talking. We felt our opinions were heard and the negotiations were fair and after some back and forth we were able to reach an agreement and we were very satisfied. Wally gathered some more info and then Charley took us to his office for the paperwork. He was fast, accurate, and explained all the details in language we could understand. It’s a detailed process and we appreciated his guidance and expertise. After all the paperwork and signatures we were back with Wally. This trio is top notch. THIS WAS NOT AN EASY PROCESS AT FIRST ! MET WALLY, TOLD HIM I WANTED A FORTE. TOLD HIM DIDN'T WANT FLUFF, JUST THE CAR, TAX, & OUT THE DOOR ! HE WAS STRAIGHT WITH WHAT HE COULD DO. BRANDON MET WALLY, TOLD HIM I WANTED A FORTE. TOLD HIM DIDN'T WANT FLUFF, JUST THE CAR, TAX, & OUT THE DOOR ! HE WAS STRAIGHT WITH WHAT HE COULD DO. BRANDON & SHARON DID THE CREDIT SCORE & FINANCING. I TOLD THEM I WAS NOT PAYING THAT AMOUNT. REBECCA EXPLAINED WHY I WAS BEING CHARGED THAT NUMBER. THE TIME WAS LATE, I WAS LOSING MY SENSE OF HUMOR. WE AGREED TO TRY NEXT DAY. NEXT DAY THEY MADE AN EFFORT TO CLOSE THE HUGE GAP. WE COULDN'T REACH A DEAL. ON MY WAY TO ANOTHER DEALERSHIP,I HAD TO ACKNOWLEDGE THAT REBECCA & WALLY ACTED VERY PROFESSIONAL. WISH ME WELL, DIDN'T BURN ANY BRIDGES. THE PROMISES DIDN'T WORK AT THE NEXT DEALER. NEXT DAY CALLED WALLY, STILL HAD MY CAR, SHOWED UP & DID THE PAPERWORK IN AN HOUR. GOOD JOB ! SEEMS THESE TIMES CHANGED THE WAY WE BUY CARS, NO CHIPS, NO INVENTORY. WANT TO THANK DARROW FOR EDUCATING ME & SAVING THE DEAL. I'M A HAPPY KIA OWNER ! More

I always have great experiences with this Russ Darrow Kia! The staff is always super helpful and friendly.
