When I stated what I wanted, he led me straight to the exact vehicle configured the way I asked for and invited me to take a test drive. He explained how everything worked and answered all my questions in a professional and courteous way. When I decided that this was the vehicle I wanted to purchase I met with Rex and we sat down and hashed out a deal we were both comfortable with including the value of my trade-in ( 2010 Ford Fusion Hybrid). I met with Chris in finance and Kate in customer service and they explained all I needed or wanted to know about my new Elantra. The car was prepared and detailed immaculately and I was out the door in less than 4 hours. I am very happy with my experience at O'Brien Hyundai. More
