Hi, this is Dave. I apologize, but in this forum, I am not able to see who you are, so I can not speak specifically to your concerns. However, I can tell you, without any research, we have no policy pricing our vehicles at a penny over invoice. 9 years ago, I ran a penny over invoice sale during our construction. That was a one time thing. We work hard on our pricing with extensive research of the market and supply and demand…. All in an effort to make sure our clients are covered and get the best deal the market will allow. I’m wondering if perhaps you are confusing us with another dealership? That is exactly correct! Now, given the supply and demand curve, pricing may have more margin in it than in previous markets, but, my goal is to always make my clients pricing be below what they will get in competitive showrooms. I do this by analyzing a data system I have that gives me pricing throughout the market. And, the goal is to do it as quickly and painlessly as possible. If it didn’t feel that way.. I sincerely apologize. Just know, that is my intent for every client. And again… throughout your ownership.. I will always be here if you need me… I’m your dealer.. you bought me with the car.
