He was very knowledgeable, personable and straight forward with me (Audrey) and my family Kimberly & Richard (Mom/Boyfriend). The whole experience was easy and fast. We were conversing about being parents, childhood upbringing and sports, it felt as though we've known Mr. Cooke for years. I'm so happy Walter answered my call that day as I was looking to shop around between dealers for the best rates, however once I spoke to Walter...I didn't want to call any other locations or dealers.
