Mr. Walter located the vehicle and explained the features from beginning to end (very knowledgeable). After the road test, I knew that I would be purchasing the vehicle. I went in to have my CRV inspected and oil changed, ending up buying a new vehicle. I was a little disappointed that I still had to pay for the service performed on the vehicle I traded in.
