I do not believe the staff is properly trained or using integrated communications between departments to ensure their team members are on the same p I do not believe the staff is properly trained or using integrated communications between departments to ensure their team members are on the same page with the customer and the vehicle. The corporation ownership should strive to hire managers who understand how to explain to staff and customers what level of service they can expect from your company. Consistency across all channels is critical from the first interaction with the consumer. Creating a loyal customer for life is not a cliche, it should be a standard that is upheld by the entire team from the front to back of house. More
