The pricing was the best among several large dealerships in New Jersey. The facility itself is squeaky clean with a comfortable waiting area, multiple charging stations, a versatile coffee machine, snacks and a variety of water and soda choices. I was there on a very busy day with many families with little kids shopping for a car. And yet, there was a sense of calm and professionalism with everyone from the sales personnel to finance people to the admin staff and management just doing their jobs while accommodating their customer needs. The salesperson, Walter Goldman, is very experienced, calm sales person who knows the cars and the process really well. He made the whole experience very easy. I test drove 2 cars and he patiently answered all of my questions. Not once did I feel any pressure or being rushed into signing something, which was often the case at other car dealerships I worked with in the past. Walter also prepared the paperwork, helped me with the insurance, took off the license plates from my trade-in and spent a solid amount of time explaining in detail the various functions and options my TLX has, which I found very helpful. Luis Mendez, a Business Manager, was great as well. He took time to explain what every document was about before I signed it and gave me plenty of time to review everything. He suggested various service plans but did not pressure me at all to choose one on the spot, which is again a breath of fresh air when compared to many other dealerships. Thank you Tim, Walter and Luis for making the process of getting a new car what it is really supposed to be - an exciting and a very pleasant experience! More
