I met with Walter 3 times in the process and each time, he was easy going, well informed and very helpful. Never pressured me to make up my mind, though I was very indecisive and looking at many different dealerships and a variety of vehicles. As a 60 something, I was feelng a bit overwhelmed with all the 2020 technology and really just looking for "old fashioned" interior luxury ( comfortable seats, space for passengers & a quiet ride) , not a tricked out space ship. Customer service at this dealership has always been terrific and once again, I am so glad we were able to find a vehicle that checked al lthe boxes ! More
