He carefully listened to what I was looking for and explained a number of different options. There was no pressure and he patiently waited for me to make my decision while I had some business travel which made it hard to do the deal quickly. Once I was able to get back to he dealer, Tom was very fair and flexible with my trade in. I love my car and would recommend both Tom and Hoffman to a family member, business associate or a friend. He Just took home our new Lexus Rx350 last night and we couldn't be happier! Mark Pfahler, our salesman, was incredibly helpful from start to finish. He even stayed late on Saturday to answer our questions and gave us a deal we ultimately couldn't say no to. When we picked up the car, Al walked us through all the financing quickly and easily. And Bill Jones even spent half an hour with us walking through all of the amazing features of the car. Incredible team at Hoffman! I wouldn't go anywhere else. More

Great experience One of the easiest cars I have ever bought. I did know what car I wanted before I got there and had a good idea of what I wanted for a trade in price. One of the easiest cars I have ever bought. I did know what car I wanted before I got there and had a good idea of what I wanted for a trade in price. Didn't have to haggle. Fair price right off the bat. I was a little skeptical about going there as i did not have a good experience there 3 years ago when I was looking to replace my 2008 Lexus. This experience was totally different. Amazing what a difference a different salesperson makes. I ended up buying my car 3 years ago at another dealer because of that and probably would have gone back to that one if they had the car I was looking for this time. I'm glad I didn't and would highly recommend Hoffman and Ryan to anyone looking for a Lexus. More
