After more than ten years of leasing and driving Toyotas in Wisconsin this has been far so blessed to have found the Toyota of Brookfield dealership. This past weekend it was time to finalize my decision to purchase the Camry I leased in 2019 and they made it so easy and virtually stressless. Sales Representative Suni Kumar worked tirelessly with me to ensure that I was making the correct and wise decision. He never rushed or pressured me into a decision and that was so very refreshing! Equally satisfying was finalizing the transaction with Business Manager Waqas Tariq who patiently and thoroughly walked me through the entire process and made certain that I understood every detail. Insanely greedy and predatory practice standards within their establishment. I have been a customer for years and was satisfied initially with major repair work that I wanted done with OEM parts on my Toyo their establishment. I have been a customer for years and was satisfied initially with major repair work that I wanted done with OEM parts on my Toyota vehicles that I own. Unfortunately I came to discover that all of their other work, their service and sales department are awful to work with. After several visits and giving them second chances (one too many in my opinion!), I had the last straw when I purchased a used vehicle from them. I had to stick around for 7 HOURS just to finalize my purchase. The salesman was nice enough but both him and his manager took their sweet time to get me to sign legal documentation to purchase my car. These people are using excessive time wasting to get people to agree to unnecessary add ons for their profits! From non-sensical "shadow marking" (which you can get aftermarket for ~$100 bucks), to undercoating protection(which most Toyotas DON'T NEED because they ALREADY HAVE UNDERBODY PROTECTION!!!!!) , they are hoping to tire you out so you won't notice them adding tons of stuff onto the cost of your car!!! They also want you to put ALOT of money down so you can get a low interest rate monthly payment. Overall these people are price gouging like crazy! Unfortunately for me, I needed a car asap and these people took advantage of me for their own profits. I also want to say that their finance manager is incredibly condescending because he thinks making a little money and being single makes him "better" (yeah right buddy, karma will show you one day!!!!). Also their service dept. is completely worthless. They can't get to you on time even if you get there on time (so there's no point of even showing up on time!) and won't even acknowledge you when you get there. God forbid if you have minor work that needs to be done, they can't even get it done right and they'll try to charge you twice as much compared to local mechanic shops. Toyota of Brookfield thank you for ruining my experience with dealerships, you guys are THE WORST dealership I've ever had to deal with in my entire life. You guys are the reason why I will never go back to dealerships EVER and I will never recommend your business to anyone!!! You guys are GREEDY, INCOMPETENT, AND SLEAZY all around! More
