Great service by Wardell I was a very difficult customer and challenged Wardell at every step of the way but he remained very professional and was kind to my mother, which I r I was a very difficult customer and challenged Wardell at every step of the way but he remained very professional and was kind to my mother, which I really appreciate. He ended up giving us a very fair price for a 2017 Toyota RAV4 XLE and we bought from Wardell. My mother is very happy with her new car. I would recommend Wardell to anyone that is looking to buy a new Toyota. If he can satisfy me, I promise you that he will satisfy you as well. More

Love my new 4Runner! I have to thank Lakeside Toyota and Wardell for the amazing service. I went in just to look at SUVs and ended up falling in love with the 2016 4Runn I have to thank Lakeside Toyota and Wardell for the amazing service. I went in just to look at SUVs and ended up falling in love with the 2016 4Runner and before I knew it, I was signing the papers. Wardell was great and very patient ( we brought our 4 year old that's where the patients comes in to play) he helped us get an amazing deal and we could not be happier! Super Quick & Easy Experience was relatively easy and painless. After talking to several dealerships, this was by far the best interaction. I was able to be in and out i Experience was relatively easy and painless. After talking to several dealerships, this was by far the best interaction. I was able to be in and out in 2 hours max. Staff was attentive and not pushy. Their team worked to get me the exact color I wanted (bc yes that was the most important thing!). I def. would recommend and do business with them in the future. Had a good experience purchasing a car for my mom My mom's car was totaled in an accident so I offered to help her purchase a new one. I was pleasantly surprised that the whole process was pretty pai My mom's car was totaled in an accident so I offered to help her purchase a new one. I was pleasantly surprised that the whole process was pretty painless. Wardell Royal was my salesperson and he was very pleasant, competent and treated me with respect. I did most of the negotiating by phone so I didn't have to wait for him to "go talk to the manager" and come back with an answer. Once we agreed upon a fair price, he had most of the paperwork completed in advance so we didn't have to spend hours waiting at the dealership to complete the deal. More
