There's nothing Honda can do for me im sorry that I have to deal with these people because I am financing. I was promised by the manager to get out of my car that I was having problems with since last year June I only had the car for 6 months and it was breaking down on me. Now I am trying to get out of this car and nobody can't help me. The service sucks why should I have to be stuck with this bad car. I get the run around with everybody I speak to at this dealership. They sell you a dream and then tell you sorry we can't help. All I want is out of this car at this point I wouldn't mind walking out with no car as long as I don't have to deal with these people and Honda

I'm very tired of wasting my time I don't want to speak to anyone else if I'm not guaranteed results. I spoke to numerous people aready and nothing has happened. I may have spoke to the general manager briefly about my problem but still nothing was done. How do I know if something will be done because I have gone though this process several times before.

My name is Kayla cheely and I have a 2012 Honda Civic. My first problem was back in June 2015 when I went for a regular oil change at the service department. I notice a couple of days later my car was smelling like oil so I had brought it to Honda to check it. They had told me they had forgotten to tighten the cap when the oil is enter in but the oil had spilled all over the engine. A few weeks later my timing belt had burst after I was told there was nothing wrong with my car. Also my car had problems starting. My car was service at Honda for a whole day and I was called to pick it up and was ensured my car is fixed and there should be no problems. One hour after having my car it had shut off again and was towed back to Honda services which my car was worked on for one month. Now the dashboard is not working properly. I think this car is just going to fall apart on me any second now. Warell in the finance department promised he would help me get out this car but gave me the run around like everyone else. Like I said I would be happy if I can just get out this car all together I don't even care about getting another car from Honda. I make my payment on time every month and always bring my car in when its due for a check up its just not fair that I have to deal with so much problems.
