We were pressed for time, and he was sure to handle our case with efficiency and professionalism. This was our first car purchase and I was very nervous, but Michael was sure to answer all of our questions and we did not feel pressured to make a decision. In fact, his patience and considerate nature made us feel comfortable that we were making the best decision for our family. We also received some assistance from Mauricio towards the end of our deal, who made sure that we maximized on our family's budget and that we benefitted from the sales/programs available at that time. Michael and Mauricio partnered to make sure that we had the right car for our family, and we drove a beautiful, clean, brand new vehicle off the lot.
