I came to this dealership because they were a dealer partner with Bank of America. I came in with my loan already in place, we just needed to pick out a car. Shawn and Kyle insisted on running my credit partner with Bank of America. I came in with my loan already in place, we just needed to pick out a car. They could not give me a reason as to why they needed to run my credit, but just that they had to. Very frustrating and they were not professional at all.
