I was charged $800 more than I expected, as I was told 2 of the fees from the Sales Price would be deducted (they were not). I have a bulleted list of notes of this transaction and the finance office's tactics (I also have notes from 5 other interactions I had with dealers across Houston as I was looking for a new car, all of which were much more transparent).
I have called every day since I bought the car and have not gotten through to the sales person, the finance manager or anyone who can support. On top of this, my credit card company called to let me know the card had been charged multiple times for the same charge, suspending my card (extremely inconvenient) and opening a fraud investigation.
I don't want to continue calling (855) 645-6452 or the sales person directly and get no response, I would like to quickly resolve this issue and get my $800 back.

Horrible experience. Purchase a $60k CPO BMW sight unseen. Was very specific in my request for pictures of any cosmetic flaws up front. I was told the car was reconditioned and there was nothing to make it less than perfect. I was very disappointed to find no less than 5 considerable scratches with touch up paint blobbed on by their low quality detail team, and wheels that were spray painted black by one of those low budget back of the lot mobile trucks. I offered to ship it back and eat shipping both ways and they refused to accept the car back. Manager was a complete insensitive bully. Buyer beware.

Scheduled a 30 minute test drive that ended up being closer to 90 minutes, accompanied by Garrett, the BMW Genius. A very useful experience to get the car (an EV, so lots of new tech) explained under real world conditions. Most of the negotiating was done remotely via email. F&I was willing to send paperwork for me to review the night before I came in to pick up the car. All in all a very good experience where I felt respected as a customer. Would definitely purchase from Momentum again.
