I recently had my eye on a pre-owned vehicle at Momentum BMW. The 2021 Corvette was in very good condition and the price was a great deal. I set up an appointment online to take a look at the vehicle, and w BMW. The 2021 Corvette was in very good condition and the price was a great deal. I set up an appointment online to take a look at the vehicle, and within minutes I was contacted by a Momentum BMW concierge, and a salesman by the name of Warren Hodge. The appointment was set up, and the following day as I pulled in the lot, I tried to contain my composure as I was surrounded by a multitude of beautiful BMWs and tiny Mini Coopers. Out of the corner of my eye, I spotted the Elkhart lake blue Corvette in all of its sporty glory. The Corvette was already completely detailed and ready to show its stuff. Typically, when you go to a dealership, I find it quite annoying that salesmen aggressively flock around you like dogs on a ham bone. This didn’t happen at Momentum BMW. I noticed Warren patiently waiting near the showroom as I looked over the Corvette. Warren greeted me with a smile and gave me his 100% undivided attention as he informed me that his Team would save some time by evaluating my trade as we test drove the Corvette. Who would have thought that a car dealership would be considerate of my time?! As we test drove the Corvette, Warren answered my questions about the vehicle, all the while, never being pushy or assertive. As we pulled back into the dealership, Warren showed me a couple of other features about the car, and was very knowledgeable, even though the car was not a BMW. I feel like Warren did his homework prior to me arriving, which again, saved me valuable time. Within a matter of minutes after stepping into the clean and well-kept showroom, Warren’s Team already had my trade evaluation. After about 20 minutes of negotiations, we were able to make a deal on the Corvette. I was nicely surprised that the Manager of the Dealership gives the salesman the opportunity to negotiate without making multiple trips back and forth to different offices. Warren provided me with the buyer’s sheet that was very transparent down to the penny. Total time spent at the dealership, including test drive, negotiations, and paperwork was approximately 2 hours. I had the opportunity to speak with the Manager, Cliff Miller to provide feedback on my experience, and he was very receptive to my thoughts. Overall, this was the best car buying experience that I’ve ever had. The cleanliness of the establishment, and the awesomeness of Warren Hodge reinforced that Momentum BMW breaks the mold when it comes to car buying excellence. I would highly recommend Momentum BMW to anyone looking for a vehicle, new or used. For a flawless experience, be sure and ask for Warren Hodge! More

My husband and I were on the hunt for a new vehicle and were very weary of the current market. Throughout our search, we reached out to Momentum and spoke to Joey. At no point were we ever uneasy or feeling pressured about coming into the dealership and buying. Upon deciding to head in, we were greeted by an amazing staff and introduced to both Joey and Warren. Warren was very relatable and easy going. Any questions we had were answered, as his experience and knowledge shined in assisting us with any hesitancy in our choice. Even though we were not hasty and decided to go home that first day, we were still treated with the utmost respect and care. That stuck with both of us. Over the next few days we explored other options, but not one of them compared to our experience with Momentum BMW. Which is when we decided to go back and were once again welcomed with open arms. Nothing changed and we proceeded with the purchase. Finance was comforting and one of the only times in memory where we were all smiles while signing documents thanks to Reese and his thorough explanation of our agreement and coverages. Again, this was an outstanding car buying experience from start to finish. Thank you all. More
