The personnel is very courteous. Service was provided efficiently, but my car was not washed. Before we were getting coupons to have our vehicles washed at a car wash next door, but Service was provided efficiently, but my car was not washed. Before we were getting coupons to have our vehicles washed at a car wash next door, but this was stopped. I was told during the previous visit that the dealership was going to provide that service from then on, but that did not happened. More

Not good. They didn’t do job they promised to do order new tires for Jeep said it would be done by 12 pm the next day . Service at Bedford is second to none. From the second I walked in I was greeted with a smile and within 5 minutes my car was registered and pulled into the garage. Everything was done quickly and I was kept updated through text and calls throughout the process. There are 4 or 5 other dealerships closer to my house but this is the only place I'll go. More
