This was my second purchase within the last two years due to 100% the way we were treated by Spencer. My youngest son will be in the market next spring and I will be back again. Spencer treated us with respect and made my wife and I feel like valued customers. We have had so many horrible experiences with other dealerships but with Bedford you have customers for life. Another big asset of Bedford is Alden. He is a true professional and did not try to push options down or throat and for that reason we did buy an add-on package. He is a complete gentleman and in my opinion definitely the person you want to Have finish up with your clients because you end up leaving as happy as when you came in. Throughout this we had to deal with service for a few issues with my Durango and Warren definitely completed the team. Took care of all my issues quickly and again like the rest of the staff made my wife and I feel safe driving away in my Durango. You guys definitely have an amazing recipe for professionalism so whatever you doing please don’t stop but you cannot imagine the trash that is out there.
