On May 14th, my wife bought a used 2018 vehicle from Hubler Used Cars on US31. This was not a GM made vehicle. We were very pleased with our deal because they gave us much more on our trade-in than another dealer we had bought several vehicles from in the past. When she got home the right headlight was out. We called, then took it back. The headlight was fixed but then the backup camera went out. Next both headlights, including the one just fixed, went out by the second week in June. My wife leaves for work in the dark hours and headlight issues were not acceptable. My wife had not even had the vehicle long enough to make a payment. Stacy, the service manager, was always very courteous and helpful in getting the parts and scheduling the repairs. Her salesman was Wayne. During the last appointment I spoke with Wayne and sales manager John. We finally worked out an acceptable deal on a newer Chevy. Finance manager, Jeremy, worked out our loan to a most acceptable payment. Wayne, John, Jeremy and Stacy all went way beyond what would have been expected from a dealership to make our experience there a very positive one. We went to Hubler because our grandson had bought a new truck from them and highly recommended their dealership. I must share that after the exceptional treatment we received at Hubler Chevy Southport IN, we will always go to them first when we are looking to buy a vehicle. More
