We had our own financing so that part went efficiently. The overall process at the dealership went very smoothly. Only issues were a little misinformation in dealing with the online folks. In one section the car was listed as diesel, which was not correct. The day after we bought the car we were contacted by the online folks via email to see if we were still interested in buying the car. The online issues were the reason for the 4 not a 5. More
