They didn't try to upswell and had a very objective opinion on the cars when asked. They were open and honest with information. They prices their vehicles well and invited me to look at any vehicle appraiser site while there and this helped in the final price of the truck. The only thing that kept them from a five star review was after I picked up the vehicle and that was partially my fault for being rushed. The windshield had a crack by the passengers pillar that I noticed when I stopped a couple miles from the dealership to fill up and the rear drivers side door handle was loose in the door. This could have been prevented if I looked at the truck more when I picked it up, however I did expect that a dealership would not let a car go with a bad windshield and door handle. More

I told him I was unable to complete the deal that day, but I would be back Saturday morning to do so. He did not try to keep me any longer than I needed to be, which would have been the end if he had. He got some info from me and I went on my way. My husband and I returned the next day, completed the paperwork, he had the car detailed and I was one happy customer in my 2008 Ford Edge. There were some minor things that needed to be fixed after the deal, but he handled them better then expected. I would definitely recommend Wayne at Pete Moore! More

The other dealerships were so hungry for getting you into the showroom, they refuse to give you the information you request about vehicles they are interested in. I was impressed with Lucas' (can't remember his last name) non pressured responses to information I requested. Then Wayne Freeman finally sold me my car despite my haggling. I'm sure he didn't lose as much as he thought, lol. Being the night before a holiday leave, he handed me over to Jason Coker who did a fine job of appeasing my very astute 91 year old mother and getting my car ready for pick up as there were repairs to be done. It was no easy feat since mother can be very demanding, but Jason was very patient and able to keep her a happy check writer!! All in all, I hate shopping for anything and car shopping is like going to a dentist. However, the staff were very good at what they do and it was not as bad as I had dreaded given the experience over the internet of the other dealerships.. More
