The reason I gave the rating that I did is due to the professionalism that Wayne Freeman demonstrate while assisting me in the purchase of a vehicle. If more vehicle salesman were like him, purchasing a vehicle would not be so dreaded. He truly takes his time to assist you without rushing you....He does not make you feel rushed and does not shot you down when you give a counter offer. You truly feel he is working with you and for you. It is very easy to talk to him and you feel you are talking to a person that you have known all your life. I was so impressed with him when I purchased the used vehicle a few months ago that when it was time to purchase a new vehicle I went back to him. I am so happy that he was able to be my salesman again and I will recommend him to anyone in the market for a used or new vehicle. I can only be grateful for him taking his time and working with me so that I was able to purchase the vehicle I wanted/needed. Haggling about price it is not a matter of want....a lot of times it is matter of need. I could go on and on....but I think you get my point.
