He didn't try to pressure me, but did make me aware of my options. He make a typically stressful endeavor, more pleasant than I expected. Mr. Perry was personable and efficient, even after I forgot to cancel my gap insurance on my trade in. He explained things very well and got me in and out very quickly so that I could enjoy my new vehicle. More
