Wayne was very knowledgeable about the features of our new diesel Yukon Denali and explained all the mechanical and electronic features thoroughly. He also owns a GMC vehicle with the same diesel engine new diesel Yukon Denali and explained all the mechanical and electronic features thoroughly. He also owns a GMC vehicle with the same diesel engine and had many tips on use, maintenance, and achieving the best mpg. This vehicle will replace another SUV I bought new in 2001 and have been maintaining myself for the last 18 years. The only downside to this new GMC Yukon purchase is that no one wanted to even talk to me about getting a Service Manual for this vehicle. That is the only reason I gave them 4 out of 5 stars. More
